Registration Fees – All-Inclusive
Registration fees include education sessions, meals, and networking functions. Events are not prorated. To attend any portion of the conference, you must register for the entire conference at the appropriate registration fee. The registration fee allows admission for one individual only. Registrations may not be shared. Each registered attendee will receive a name badge at the conference that must be worn for admittance into all events.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
You will not be eligible for any type of refund or credit should you need to cancel your registration. This policy applies to all registrants regardless of when the registration form is submitted. Substitutions are permitted at any time and must be submitted in writing (email acceptable). Substitutions will not be reviewed or processed until they are received in writing. Phone substitutions will not be accepted. The substitute must be from the same firm as the original registrant. The substitution notice must contain accurate contact information for the new registrant; otherwise, TMA cannot guarantee an accurate listing on the registration list. Please note that substitutions made after November 1 may not be reflected on the registration list. Substitutions must be of the same registration category (i.e., member, non-member); otherwise, the substitute will be invoiced for the difference in registration fees. In the case of a spouse/guest substitution, the new registrant must be a spouse/guest of a member of the same firm (spouse/guest registration is transferable within the same firm). Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and CTP Accreditation
  • Earn up to 5 CLE and 7 CPE and CTP credits

Learning Objectives
  • Listen to a panel of restructuring professionals discuss the current state of Atlantic City and its future.
  • Listen to a panel of esteemed bankruptcy judges address recent legal trends arising in restructuring proceedings in the interactive Bankruptcy Judges' Roundtable session. 
  • Listen to economists share their competing views on the current condition of the economy and their predictions as to where we are heading from here.
  • Participate in targeted breakout sessions led by restructuring professionals addressing the oil, gas and coal industries, non-profit restructuring and generating business as a younger professional, and explore recent trends in these areas.

Attire
Recommended attire for education sessions and social functions is business casual.

Improv Workshop

One-part PowerPoint presentation and one part improv workshop. The core concepts of acceptance, communication, and spontaneity will be explored and built. These concepts are extremely valuable as they help individuals reach success through relationship building and crystal-clear communication.

The principles will be put into play through improvised scenarios and hilarious games. Attendees will be able to take these into the workplace and it will have a positive impact on the success of your company.
